I’m here to be your coach.

Hi there! My name is Danielle Rivoli, or you may know me as @raisingmeadowsage on Instagram. I am a wife to Louis and a mom of two amazing daughters, Meadow and Sage. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, and a Childbirth International Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Through my personal journey and process of losing 50+ pounds through changes to diet and exercise, I learned an 80:20 approach on lifestyle macro counting, along with consistency and the ability to endlessly push forward to achieve what I thought was impossible.

My passion now is to show women around the world that perfection, deprivation like cutting entire food groups, being miserable, and fad diets are not necessary to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Small changes and goals, a little accountability, and my macro community are all you need to give yourself the grace to continue forward to do the same and crush your goals!
