Macro Friendly Blueberry Polka Dot Yogurt Pop

Macro Friendly Blueberry Yogurt Pop

3 Ingredient #Macrofriendly Blueberry Polka Dot Yogurt Pop!

If you've followed me at ALL you'll know I'm a sweets person. I love myself all types of desserts. In fact many of the "all or nothing" style diets I struggled with in the past were usually completely abandoned after a week or two of completely restricting desserts. I'd go 2 weeks without anything sweet or that felt like dessert in my brain, then I'd eat an entire package of chocolate chip cookies with a carton of milk and would give up.

Now one of the first things I tell my clients, and a rule of thumb which I follow myself, is if you're a sweets or salty or whatever type of person, account for your non-negotiable first. Dessert is my non- negotiable, so I include that everyday in my pre-tracked macros.

This blueberry polka dot pop is one that the whole family enjoys.

To Prepare:

Yogurt Pop Mold, (My favorite one linked on the blog post!)

Yogurt, I like using a flavored yogurt if my kids are going to have some, vanilla greek yogurt or just plain yogurt.

Blueberries, you can pulse these in a blender or leave hole.

Agave, Honey or Stevia

Time 10 minutes

Freeze time 6-8 hours

Yields 6 Pops

Ingredients

2 Cups Greek Yogurt (I'm using plain Fage Greek 0% Milk Fat for the below macros)

2 Cups Blueberries

2 Tbs Honey or Agave (I'm using Raw Honey for the below macros)

How to Make: Pulse Blueberries in food processor for a few pulses to shred berries. Add yogurt and honey and fold in gently. If you over stir the pop will become completely purple, if you want more of a tie dye or polkadot leave berries whole or fold in a few stirs. Add to pop mould, and freeze!

Enjoy!
