Garlic Chicken Pasta Recipe
Want to try the best easy recipe ever!? Of course you do!
This pasta recipe is my FAVORITE macro friendly dinner recipe: spinach, Johnny's Garlic Spread, and chicken over Banza pasta! It's so yummy, easy to make, and everyone in the house LOVES IT and always wants seconds. It's even good cold as a pasta salad leftover for lunch the next day. I always make a big batch of this to bring to the beach in the summer for nighttime dinners on paper plates and it works great as a make-ahead meal for holiday guests!

Quick tips for this recipe...
When I'm tracking, I weigh out the chicken on my food scale to make sure I'm eating the amount I've pre-tracked. I also will cook my portion of pasta separately so I don't over or undershoot how much to have!
I used to make this with loads of olive oil and regular pasta. I still do on occasion make it the way I originally learned, but this macro-friendly option allows me to fit more into my day! I have learned that editing my routine recipes in this way helps me maintain flavor, but allows me to reach/maintain my goals! I don't really need all that olive oil and it tastes the same to us with the chicken stock, maybe even better!
