Macro-Friendly Recipes: Egg Roll in a Bowl

Often I am asked about meal plans or macro-friendly recipes, so I wanted to share one of my own recipes that has quickly become a favorite for my family. This super quick & easy egg roll in a bowl is also macro-friendly! Serve with rice for a quick, easy, and healthy dinner- and the kids love it too!

I saved this as a recipe in My Fitness Pal to calculate the macros and have saved for when I make it again (and again haha) - the macros per serving (without rice) are 10C/15F/23P.

Ingredients:
1 T Sesame Oil
1 T Minced Garlic
1 T Diced Creen Onion
1 lb ground chicken
1 bag Coleslaw Mix
1/4 c Coconut Aminos
2 T Braggs Liquid Aminos
1/2 t Ginger Paste

Instructions: Add sesame oil to pan. Toast garlic & green onion until fragrant. Add ground chicken and cook through, then add in coleslaw mix on top. Combine Coconut Aminos, Liquid Aminos, & Ginger paste; add to pan & cover until cooked through. Serve with rice or noodles. Enjoy!
