Macro-Friendly Stir Fry Recipe

I'm always searching for quick, easy, and healthy dinner recipes, and I know you are too! This simple &super macro-friendly stir fry is super easy to make and saves so well so that you can meal prep in advance if necessary! Our entire family loves this meal and it's perfect for when you need to clean out the fridge or throw together a quick weeknight dinner.

~Time: 30 minutes
Macros: 35C/2F/36P

Ingredients:

1 tbsp sesame oil
1 lb chicken breast
2 cups green bell pepper, sliced
2 cups yellow onion, sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4 cup coconut aminos (teriyaki replacement)
1 tbsp liquid aminos (soy sauce replacement)
2 cups cooked jasmine rice

Instructions:

Combine coconut aminos and liquid aminos in small bowl and set aside. Add one tablespoon of sesame oil to a large skillet or wok and heat over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat and add bell pepper and onion and saute until slightly tender. Add ginger and garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine. Whisk amino stir fry sauce, pour over chicken and vegetables, and stir gently to combine. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and let boil for one minute. Serve with 1/4 cup rice per serving.
