Macro Friendly Chicken Tikka Masala
Trying something new this week! Simple Chicken Tikka
Masala!
This flavor packed Indian dish was a family hit, and so simple! Served with that Garlic Naan bread man it was such a comfort meal!

Ingredients:
Spray coconut oil
1 small chopped onion
3 tbs minced garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups crushed tomato
4 oz 0% fat free greek yogurt
1/2 cup fat free milk or df milk
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric, optional
1/2 tbsp chili powder
salt to taste
16 oz boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Prepare: Spray oil in pan and brown chicken on both sides
Combine ingredients in bowl for sauce, and stir. Pour over browned chicken and let simmer, stirring occasionally.
Serve with Basmati Rice, and/or Garlic naan bread!
