Creamsicle Yogurt Pops

Do you often find yourself craving a sweet treat, but you want to stick to your macros? Try these incredible homemade Creamsicle Yogurt Pops! They are delicious, high in protein, and so easy to make. The best part about this recipe is that my girls love these!

~Time: 6-8 hours
Macros: 10C/0F/7P

Ingredients:

2 Cups Greek Yogurt (0% Milkfat)
1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 Tbs Honey, Agave, or Maple Syrup (I used light agave for the macros)

Instructions:

  1. Pulse yogurt, orange juice, and honey together in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add to pop mould, and freeze ~6-8 hours! This recipe makes 6 pops.
