Mediterranean Chicken Salad

Mediterranean food is some of the cleanest, healthiest, and most delicious foods you can eat. That is one of the reasons I incorporate it into my meals on a regular basis. This Mediterranean Chicken Salad recipe is super quick and yummy!

Ingredients:

4 oz Rotisserie Chicken Breast
1 cup Spring Mix
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Feta
5 Cherry Tomatoes
5 Kalamata Olives
2 Tbsp Ken's Greek Dressing

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to bowl, then lightly toss with dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Recipe is for one serving but can be easily multiplied for a large salad!
