Raspberry & Honey Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Treat yourself to one of my favorite protein-packed, macro-friendly meals! This Raspberry & Honey Yogurt Parfait is delicious, healthy, and makes for a great protein-packed breakfast, snack, or dessert. It is super easy and quick to prepare and will satisfy your desire for a sweet treat while giving you a significant amount of healthy protein.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup plain 0% yogurt
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup granola
1/2 tsp honey

Instructions:

Add plain yogurt into a bowl. Add frozen or fresh raspberries (or desired fruit), granola, and honey to the yogurt. Mix and enjoy :)
