Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets
I don't know about you, but I absolutely love fried chicken, but it is not the most macro friendly food. My family regularly combats our fried chicken craving with these air fryer chicken cutlets. They are a healthy comfort food that are easy to make and my girls absolutely love them!
~Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2lbs raw chicken breast
Coconut oil spray
Instructions:
Cut your chicken breasts into 5oz pieces. Crack your eggs in a small bowl and mix. Fill a separate bowl with bread crumbs. Dip your sliced chicken breasts into the eggs the dip in the bread crumbs thoroughly. Spray your air frying pan and both sides of your chicken breasts with coconut oil. Put your breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts at the 10 minute mark. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy!
